We build from your architect’s plans across a wide range of styles and claddings, including weatherboard, brick, plastered block, steel, hardwood and mud-block homes. Every new build is priced and overseen by Dan, with the team experienced in Hanmer Springs’ alpine design requirements.
From apartments and motels to shopping malls, warehouses, workshops and shop fit-outs, we undertake commercial construction and light industrial work up to three storeys. Projects are delivered against agreed plans, budgets and programmes, built around trading hours and guest bookings, with subtrades coordinated under one team.
From kitchens and bathrooms to extensions, whole-house renovations and historic restoration, our renovation work is built to match existing aesthetics. We coordinate the required trades and plan work carefully around clients, tenants and holiday bookings.
Garages, sleepouts, garden sheds and outdoor laundries sit alongside hard landscaping such as decks, fencing and pergolas. Small builds and alterations are designed to match existing materials, with new work aligned with the existing property and managed by the same experienced team.
