The 5 star apartment complex, in Rutherford Crescent, designed by Foley Group Architecture and engineered by Powell Fenwick, provides luxury accommodation to visitors to the Hanmer Springs village. Features include the use of natural stone in feature columns and high end finishes to the exterior and interior.
Boulder Point Precinct
This shopping complex on Chisholm Crescent is the latest commercial development in the village and provides boutique shopping and eating establishments. Excavation was required to create a level site and involved the design and construction of a 5 metre retaining wall behind the complex.
The St James
This award winning 5 Star Premium Accommodation in Chisholm Crescent, designed by Foley Group Architecture and engineered by Powell Fenwick provides the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation for visitors to Hanmer Springs. This two storey complex has concrete block walls between each room and a concrete mid floor to provide a quiet and comfortable stay.
The Village shopping centre
Large glass panels mixed with exposed steel beams and exotic hardwoods feature in this modern shopping centre designed by Foley Group Architecture. Engineered by Powell Fenwick the central courtyard allows access to all shops in the precinct and provides a relaxed ambience to all who visit while in Hanmer Springs.
